Frank Monte
CFO & General Manager
Frank Monte joined John Petrocelli Construction in 1998. With his longstanding history of running a variety of successful businesses, paired with his background of growing up around his father who is a custom cabinet and millwork manufacturer, it was inevitable that Frank would join his longtime childhood friend John Petrocelli. Frank is very hands-on in every aspect of the business, from reviewing every detail of all budgets and financials, changing orders, buying out subcontractors, to visiting every client on site to ensure utmost satisfaction and performance. Frank also runs the office in New Jersey and has a keen eye in perfecting every detail of all client work scopes and budgeting. “Ensuring every client sees the integrity, quality and reliability of the company,” says Monte “is what we take great pride in performing for every project.” In Frank’s very rare spare time, he enjoys: gardening, pickling, making homemade wine, car collecting, boating, skiing and is a licensed US Marine Captain. He is a proud donator to St Jude’s Cancer Research and the US Coast Guard.

Company Principal John Petrocelli founded John Petrocelli Construction in 1986. John’s entrepreneurial instinct slates from his teen years when his father started Petrocelli Electric Company where John and his siblings worked their way through college. As John became hands-on at a young age, he always had a passion for the remaining elements of the construction industry and at the young age of 23 renovated his first major project in New York’s garment district. Today, John has surpassed the expectations of his discerning residential and commercial clients, standing behind each construction and renovation project with the utmost confidence. “We provide our clients with unparalleled quality and efficiency by making their needs our first and foremost priority,” says Petrocelli. “By completing each project on schedule and within budget without sacrificing a sliver of quality, we ensure a memorable experience and unforgettable final product.” Through the use of the highest quality and most aesthetically beautiful materials, teamed with innovation and time-tested modes of construction, Petrocelli Construction enhances the design of each project with a key ingredient, functionality! “We love our job,” concludes Petrocelli. “The most satisfying part is when we feel the happiness and excitement of our client as they move into their new home.” John resides in Manhattan and loves to ski, snow mobile, spend time with his children, study kabbalah and volunteers for habitat for humanity building homes.
Hadyn Horsford
COO & Production Manager
Joining John Petrocelli in 1997, Hadyn Horsford was a natural coming from three generations of craftsmen. “Growing up, I was always fascinated creating something from nothing,” says Hadyn. Starting out with John Petrocelli Construction as Job Foreman he worked his way up to Project Manager. Now, as Chief Of Operations and Production Manager, he is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and quality control of all projects. “With our type of projects and clientele, we have very particular and specialty requests, needing to be done in a restricted time and abiding by all building rules, without sacrificing the highest of quality and performance.” says Horsford. “It is my goal to make sure all clients are nothing less than happy to the very end of every project.” Outside the business of construction, you will find Hadyn gardening a variety of plants and flowers, cycling and volunteers for his church and youth baseball league.
